Spare Time:

In her spare time you'll find her either Canicrossing a dog trail running sport where in January 2024 she completed the Cani Trail Half Marathon in Wales. Or she will be up early for a swim, sat snuggled up with Asparagus the cat and her crazy amount of house plants.

Myofascial Cupping

Myofascial Cupping is a soft tissue therapy that encourages healing through negative pressure and suction. This is a great technique for creating blood flow, moving lymph releasing fascial tension. Cupping can be added to a 1hr Sports Massage session or a stand alone cupping session lasting 60 minutes.

Sports Taping

FMT/Athletic taping can not only support injured muscles and joints but can also assist better body movement sequences, reduces lymphatic swelling and enhances bruise healing and can increase circulation. Think you might benefit from some tape? Drop me a message to organise a slot.

Dry Needling is the westernised version of acupuncture that targets straight into the muscle belly or trigger point. Dry Needling can be added into any Sports Massage treatment.
