Sports Massage
In a 1 hr session we can target upper body, lower body or any specific place or injury site you are having issues with. These hour sessions will include deep tissue release, MET, STR, trigger point work and myofascial release. Myofascial cupping can also be added into these sessions.
1.5 hr Sessions are now available for pre existing clients and can be booked on request.
Pregnancy Massage
Sports Massage for Pregnant people. A great way to make sure you are moving well as you develop throughout your pregnancy. We can look at Pelvic Girdle Pain, ways to move efficiently whilst pregnant, breathing techniques and how to look after yourself during pregnancy.
Must be over 12 weeks Pregnant.
Myofascial Cupping
Myofascial Cupping is a soft tissue therapy that encourages healing through negative pressure and suction. This is a great technique for creating blood flow, moving lymph releasing fascial tension. Cupping can be added to a 1hr Sports Massage session or a stand alone cupping session lasting 60 minutes.
Red Light Therapy
Red light Therapy (RLT) is a form of light therapy that helps heal skin, muscle tissue and other bodily tissue. It exposes the body to high powered red light and/or near-infrared light (NIR).
